From January 2021 the list of vehicles exempt from tolls for using motorways is changed
How will it be in January 2021?
Vehicles registered in the Czech Republic automatically exempt from tolls
Electric, water or hybrid vehicles (CO2 emissions up to 50 g / km) if the vehicle has a special registration plate (starting with the letters EL).
Vehicles transporting holders of Czech ZTP or ZTP / P disability cards. In the event of a roadside inspection, the holder of the ZTP or ZTP / P ID card must be in the vehicle, otherwise the exemption from the toll does not apply to the vehicle. It is enough to show the appropriate ID during the road check. Holders of disability cards issued outside the Czech Republic are required to purchase an electronic vignette and pay the appropriate fee.
Vehicles used to transport dependent children suffering from cancer or leukemia. In the event of a roadside inspection, it is sufficient to present a medical certificate or other certificate issued by a medical institution.
Historic vehicles with an assigned special license plate and a document confirming that the vehicle has been entered in the register of monuments.
Vehicles registered in the Czech Republic exempt from payment upon notification

Vehicles used by facilities for disabled people, as long as they are used to transport such people.
